We are ready and waiting to cook for you! We'll slow cook on our world class smoker for you and drop off for parties under fifty and we'll come on site and cook over night for 15-18 hours for large parties over 100. The very best barbecue is cooked indirectly over a fire fueled by quarter split hardwood logs for an extensive period of time, at a consistent, low temperature. Authentic barbecue is our business and we take it seriously. Only the freshest, highest quality components are used to prepare our food items. All products are extensively tested on the competition circuit throughout the country, as well as many backyard barbecues and corporate events. The results are second to none.
